1. 2-YEAR COMPREHENSIVE WARRANTY
Every pair of Neonelle illuminated footwear is protected by our 2-Year Comprehensive Electronics & Hardware Warranty from the date of delivery:
- LED & Photonic Circuitry: 100% coverage on continuous and ambient strobe LED channels.
- Battery & Micro-Inverters: Coverage against charging failure or internal power depletion.
- Acrylic Heel & Structural Architecture: Coverage against structural defects in normal runway or dancefloor use.
2. AUTHENTICITY & PATENT PROTECTION
Neonelle illuminated boots incorporate proprietary fiber-optic integration technology. All products sold through this official store are 100% genuine and accompanied by an individually serialized Authenticity Card.
3. PRODUCT CARE & WATER RESISTANCE
Neonelle boots are engineered with IPX4 weather-sealing, protecting them against drink splashes, nightclub puddles, and light rain. Do not submerge the footwear underwater or place in a washing machine. Clean the translucent lucite exterior with a soft microfiber cloth and gentle water mist.
