Every pair of Neonelle illuminated boots is individually verified for optical clarity, circuit integrity, and battery health before packaging. Orders are fulfilled and dispatched from our atelier within 24 to 48 hours (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).
2. WORLDWIDE EXPRESS COURIER DELIVERY
We partner with premium global courier networks to ensure fast, insured, and tracked delivery to your doorstep:

3. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES PREPAID
All international import taxes, customs clearance fees, and duties are 100% prepaid by Neonelle at checkout. There are never any surprise charges or customs delays upon arrival.

Once your package is handed to the courier, you will automatically receive an SMS and email notification containing your live tracking number and delivery window. All shipments are fully insured against loss or transit damage.
